Striving for Remarkable Growth in 2025

As many of you know, I am a lifelong learner. It’s my number one strength, according to CliftonStrengths. Recently, my executive coach recommended the book Legacy: What the All Blacks Can Teach Us About the Business of Life. This book has been a game-changer for me, and as we enter 2025, I’m particularly motivated by this quote:

"The challenge is always to improve, to always get better, even when you are the best. Especially when you are the best."

This quote embodies the ethos of the All Blacks, the most successful sports team in history, boasting a remarkable 76.77% win record over the past 120 years.

As we move into the new year, I’m reflecting on what it means to improve and grow, not just in one area but holistically. Here are the questions I’m asking myself, and I encourage you to ask yourself too:

  • How will I get better personally, professionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually?

  • Who will help me get better?

  • How will I hold myself accountable?

I’m fortunate to have a team that challenges and supports me:

  • My executive coach, who asks the tough questions that drive growth.

  • My strength coach, who pushes me to improve, even on the days I’d rather not.

  • And my Remarkable wife of 31 years, who inspires me daily and keeps me grounded when I need it most.

If you’re ready to be Remarkable in 2025 and believe an executive coach could help you take your next step, let’s connect. Send me an email today at brett@b3remarkable.com. Together, we can make this year your best yet!
