OUR STORY

b3 Remarkable is a leadership development firm focused on talent development, business execution, and financial management. We know dynamic environments require agile employees who learn quickly and effectively apply their education to improve firm financial results. b3 helps build stable teams ready to maximize revenue and drive bottom-line profit.

Our mission is to develop remarkable leaders so that people prosper, our planet thrives, and profits are responsibly maximized.

Founded by Dr. Brett Horton in 2021, b3 Remarkable evolved out of a series of speaking engagements, 13 years in the hospitality industry, a 20-year career in higher education, and a six-year stint working for Chick-fil-A.

While b3 Remarkable trains and consults in numerous industries including municipal governments, academics, stadium operations, and real estate development, all the work the firm does has one thing in common. We customize leadership development to meet the needs of individuals who are leading good organizations that desire to be great.

Everything that b3 Remarkable does is custom.  We begin with a conversation to discern the desired outcomes of the individual or group and what it will take to realize short-term goals, overcome challenges, and reach for your BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal). Every organization is unique, and we believe our leadership development strategy must be equally individualized to add value. Check out sample modules and training we have done in the past below.
